Daily Exercises:  All for count of 10 

           Feet together – legs straight, nose to knees

            Feet apart – legs out and straight, nose to floor

            Windmill – standing, feet apart, hands high and apart, right hand to left toe, left hand to

                                   right toe, continue to count of 10.

            Jumping Jacks

            Picking Grass

Activities:  It is recommended that kids get 30 to 60 minutes of moderate to rigorous exercise daily.  Listed below are a few things but possibilities or endless.  Make sure your parents approve of what you are going to do.

            Running (Monday mile), Riding a bike, going to the park, hiking, shooting hoops, playing catch or kicking a ball, etc.

 

Just mix it up and have fun.
