As we cope with change, Robert Lee ISD is working to provide some form of instruction to the young adults in our schools during this time of extended school closure.  Please consider the many challenges in accomplishing this task as we move to outside the school instruction.  I have included links to help alleviate some of this strain in an effort to minimize the ease of learning what still needs to be learned.  If more help is needed, I will be available via ZOOM on Mondays:

    7th Grade : 8:45 a.m.

    8th Grade : 8:00 a.m.

The link is provided on the right hand side of my teacher page.  Although this meeting is not mandatory, extra points will be awarded for attendance.

In addition, feel free to send an email and I will get back as soon as possible.  Check back regularly with updates as this will be an evolving process.  Look forward to seeing every body as soon as possible.

    As for assignments:

If able to utilize technology, we will continue IXL.  Lessons will include the following:

    *****  NEW FOR 6TH SIX WEEKS  *****

    8th Grade:  AA(All) - EE(All)
    7th Grade:  X(15-18) - CC(All)

The standard policy for the 6th six weeks will change.  All lessons will now be graded according to the grade received.  8 lessons will need to be completed to get maximum points for both participation and each particular lesson.

**WEEK OF MAY 4**  -- 6 lesson completed instead of the 8 lessons completed.

I will continue to constantly and actively monitor progress via IXL.

If lessons are all completed,  it is recommended and encouraged to work a grade level up.

If not able to utilize technology, lesson packets will be available for immediate pickup from the school office.

In addition, I encourage you to attempt 10 released STAAR questions from past tests weekly as well to continue to monitor progress for this as well as next year standards.  I have also provided a link to this as well.

    Keep safe!!!
